Section 11
Can operate different social security schemes
(1) The Fund may operate social security schemes of different nature based on the nature of work and needs of the contributors participating in the social security schemes.
(2) Notwithstanding anything contained in sub-section (1), no security scheme shall be operated in such a way as to give different benefits to contributors of the same nature or of the same nature.
